By purchasing from Fawn Artist you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All purchases aim to be shipped within 2 working days.  Once the artwork/s have been sent to the buyer they will receive an email with a tracking number.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to track their order, any subsequent costs from missed deliveries will be the responsibility of the buyer.  When purchasing from this online store you are agreeing to purchase the item/s, items are not returnable.  Items which are lost or damaged in the post will be compensated when the delivery service pay out, this can take some time and may require your cooperation to provide the relevant proof.  Please ensure that your contact details and address are correct at the time of purchase as subsequent amendments are not guaranteed.
